Tilting chassis – 100x100x6mm hot rolled box section – hot rolled box iron has a 25% higher tensile than standard cold rolled.

Main Sliding Channels –  5x3mm channel iron

Side Rails/Raves – 120x60x3mm box section

Metal Bushings – Pivot point of body will have metal bushings fitted with grease nipples and a pivot bar of 35mm

All connections are joined using head shrink fittings and all cable is run through conduit.  We create a complete separate wiring loom that takes it power from the assigned power point in the fuse box that prevents ECU and diagnostics problems in the future, we also build our fuse/relay board for all auxiliary lighting which is labelled to indicate what fuse is for what.

Vehicle fitted with 5ft clear lense full stobe beacon, LED side lights, rear board trailer socket, work lamps.  Available extras include cab beacon, 12/24v jump start points, LED headboard lighting, alley lights.

2 x Chassis mounted Bawer  zinctec locker boxes with Europlex locking systems.  Locker boxes can also be supplied in aluminium or stainless steel.

Aluminium bolt on/bolt off side barriers to reduce weight and prevent rush.  Easily replaced if damaged.

Thermoplastic mudguards fitted to reduce weight, prevent rush and easily replaced if damaged.

All metal is hot blasted prior to painting,

First coat – acid based etching primer

All joints are sealed including cross member to floor joints

Two coats of high build corrosion resistant base coat

Filler Primer

Two coats of polyurethane gloss finish heated afterwards in our specialised spray booth.
